A balanced diet will help to achieve a healthy weight and body. Regular exercise aids in the prevention of musculoskeletal conditions, and it helps to alleviate and reduce joint pain and stiffness and build strong muscle around the joints. People who reduce their smoking and drinking will reduce the risks for low bone mass, low bone strength, and low body weight.
